We are committed to providing our students with an outstanding experience throughout their courses at Sprint Security Training & Development. During lunch breaks, students have the option to visit a nearby restaurant, which is conveniently located within a two-minute walk from the training centre, for refreshments and meals. Additionally, students may choose to unwind in the exquisite gardens.

Qualifications


Highfield Level 2 Award in Conflict Management (RQF)​
Give staff the skills to resolve conflict effectively and respectfully.
Not all customer facing roles are the same, and sometimes dealing with the public can have its challenges, particularly when handling issues and complaints.
The Highfield Level 2 Award in Conflict Management (RQF) has been designed to provide conflict management skills to anyone working in a customer facing role, deals with service users or the public in general.
It is applicable to a wide range of sectors, and can be taken by anyone requiring a better understanding of how to prevent conflict from arising, or would like to feel more confident in being able to deal with challenging situations.

The Highfield Level 2 Award in Front of Stage Pit Barrier Operations (RQF) has been developed for staff working in live events who are positioned at the front-of-stage pit barrier and who need the skills and understanding to manage what can be a challenging environment.

(This qualification is a Health & Safety qualification and not Security, therefore you do not require to hold a Security Industry Authority (SIA) licence to work the Front of Stage Pit Barrier area, however you will need this qualification)
