The Highfield Level 2 Award in Front of Stage Pit Barrier Operations (RQF) has been developed for staff working in live events who are positioned at the front-of-stage pit barrier and who need the skills and understanding to manage what can be a challenging environment. Topics include: *The purpose of the front-of-stage pit barrier *The roles and responsibilities of front-of-stage pit barrier personnel *The health and safety of individuals within the barrier system *Recognise audience activity and respond appropriately while working in the front-of-stage pit barrier. The course will at 08:30 and will end at 16:30. Learners will be assessed during the course. Sprint Security Training & Development also offer a very beneficial after course service free of charge. We can advise & help you gain employment where you can use your qualification. Entry requirements: These qualifications are approved for delivery to learners aged 18+ ID requirements: It is the responsibility of the centre to have systems in place to ensure that the person taking an assessment is indeed the person they are claiming to be. All centres are therefore required to ensure that each learner’s identification is checked before they undertake the assessment. Highfield Qualifications recommends the following as proof of a learner’s identity: • a valid passport (any nationality) • a signed UK photocard driving licence • a valid warrant card issued by HM forces or the police • another photographic ID card, e.g. employee ID card, student ID card, travel card etc.


Cancellation Policy

To cancel and receive a full refund, please give Sprint Security Training & Development 14 days notice prior to the course start date. If you wish to postpone attending the course and would like to be placed on a course at a later date, we will do all we can to accommodate your request to be enrolled on another course. Failure to cancel 14 days prior to the course start date could result in refund being refused.
